Intensive Cleaning

Stove, grates, or drip pans are thoroughly scrubbed. Sinks are scrubbed and disinfected. Bathtubs, showers, and tiles are double-scrubbed to eliminate buildup. Bathroom countertops and fixtures are meticulously disinfected.

Enhanced Appliance Care

Exterior of all appliances cleaned, with the inside of microwaves, empty drawers, shelves, and inside of cabinets (in vacant homes) also hand-wiped.

Refined Touches

Furniture is polished, including fronts, sides, and legs. Trash cans are emptied and lined with a new bag. Beds are made, and one sheet set is changed. Stairs are vacuumed, and floors are vacuumed and/or mopped.

Comprehensive cleaning including cobweb removal, dusting of fixtures and art, sink disinfection, microwave cleaning (including plate), stove top scrubbing and disinfection, refrigerator top dusting, stainless steel appliance polishing, countertop disinfection, and glass cleaning of all necessary surfaces.

Living Room & Bedrooms

Includes cobweb removal, wall-to-wall dusting of light fixtures, fan tops, and wall art. All wood furniture, backsplashes, shelving, window sills, and ledges are dusted. Glass mirrors and glass-topped furniture are impeccably cleaned. All flat surfaces are swept, rugs/carpets vacuumed, and wet mopped as appropriate.

Laundry & Staircases

Disinfection of washer and dryer tops, sweeping and hand mopping floors with disinfectant. Staircases receive special attention with dusting of railings and baseboards, vacuuming with a hose attachment, and damp mopping of hardwood.

In All Bedrooms

Beds are made, trash is removed, and all floors are swept and/or mopped.

Important Considerations

Our team does not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Taller items will be dusted using an extension duster only.
We do not move furniture. However, we will meticulously clean any visible areas by hand or with an extension duster.
Please note that some homes may have chandeliers or high ceiling fans that cannot be cleaned by hand due to height restrictions.
While we strive to minimize airborne dust, some settling may occur after our cleaning.
